Alex came to me looking for a new overall look to define himself and his real estate business. The logo you see above is what I designed for his corporate look. The images below are several items I have designed since then.

The Logo Standard

Alex needed a new business card and needed it to be different than your usual card to separate him from other realtors. I took his card layout design and gave it a facelift, so to speak. The first image is obviously the front of the card; the second is the back.

Alex wanted to create a flyer for some of his listings that had more panache and eye-catching. This is the first of these flyers I designed for him. The flyer actually is a tri-fold where the background design on the outside overlays with the inside background, keeping a contiuous look even when its folded.

This is the second listing flyer I designed for Alex, using the same layout as the Sunland one.

The third flyer was for a listing in the city of La Crescenta. I started changing the color of the background for the different listings on this one.

The fourth flyer for Alex was for a home in Montrose, CA.

Another listing in Sunland popped up and Alex had be design this flyer for it.
